Entrevista completa com Frankie sobre o Dougie

Há dois dias atrás postamos aqui no site, um pouco da nova entrevista da Frankie para a revista Sugar. O site oficial das The Saturdays publicou os scans e podem ler abaixo a tradução de todas partes onde a Frankie fala sobre o Dougie. Cliquem aqui para ver os scans.

O Dougie gosta de ti desde que te viu no S Club Juniors…
Sim. Ele disse-me que quando tinha 15 anos, os McFly estavam a ver algumas revistas e viram uma foto minha, e o Harry disse: “Essa é a tal que eu te estava a falar.” E o Dougie: “Não, essa é a tal que eu te estava a falar. Tu tens uma namorada, por isso ela é minha!”

Como foi que o conheceste?
Nós íamos dar o nosso primeiro concerto na G-A-Y [uma discoteca famosa em Londres] em Julho de 2008 e os McFly também iam actuar. Enquanto estávamos a ensaiar o Dougie apareceu no palco – olhamos um para o outro e depois desviamos o olhar. Eu sabia que ele gostava de mim porque ouvia-o a dizer isso em várias entrevistas.

E depois…?
O Harry veio ter comigo e deu-me um beijo para dizer olá, e depois o Dougie deu-me um aperto de mão! Muito estranho! Ele murmurou, ‘Tudo bem?’ e eu disse, ‘S-im.’ Foi tão formal! O Harry disse: ‘Vais apenas apertar-lhe a mão?’ E depois foi muito, muito estranho. Eu e o Dougie estávamos do tipo ‘Erghrg!’

Mas as coisas ficaram melhores, certo?
Sim. Ele arranjou o meu número através do nosso tour manager e começamos a enviar mensagens um ao outro. Depois decidimos marcar um encontro e eu estava muito, muito, muito nervosa.

Mas ele gostava de ti desde sempre…
Foi por isso que estava tão assustada! Ele gostava de mim durante aqueles anos todos quando éramos mais novos, eu lembro-me de pensar “Eu cortei o meu cabelo agora e ele poderá não gostar!”

Penso que ele não se importou?
Nah, na verdade ele prefere o meu cabelo curto. Então fomos jantar em Covent Garden e acabamos por ficar lá, a conversar, até nos pedirem para sair porque queriam fechar o restaurante! Nós demo-nos tão bem!

Os leitores da Sugar votaram em vocês como o casal mais fofo!
Estamos tão apaixonados. Eu odeio quando ele tem de viajar para fora. Ele foi em tour durante seis semanas, e para eu não ficar com saudades dele, ele escreveu uns recadinhos e escondeu-os por toda a casa. Eles tinham pistas e pequenos presentes ao lado como CDs ou DVDs. Eu encontrava um todos os dias.

Uma vez, o Dougie disse que vocês são a Victoria e David Beckham de Essex.
Não me parece que nós iremos ser igual a eles – nós estamos num nível diferente! Nós achamos engraçado que as pessoas nos vejam como um casal de celebridades, porque nós somos uns tristes e tão aborrecidos. Nós gostamos de ficar em casa e encomendar comida, ou ir ao cinema. Na noite passada ficamos acordados até à uma hora da manhã a arrumar a casa, por isso não somos propriamente fixes.

Não te importas que haja pessoas atraídas pelo teu namorado?
Não, não me importo de maneira alguma. Eu percebo porque é que elas gostam dele. E eu até recebo ameaças de morte no twitter. Eu digo, ‘Estou num avião agora!’ e elas dizem, ‘Espero que o avião caia.’

Woah. E o Dougie importa-se que as pessoas se sintam atraídas por ti?
Eu estava a ser sarcástica quando disse que ele não me queria levar à premiere da Lua Nova. Os jornais começaram logo “Dougie: namorado ciumento!” e ele ficou do tipo: “O que é que andaste a dizer?!” Mas ele sabe que eu estava a brincar. Eu digo sempre que gosto do Robert Pattinson, mas se eu o conhecesse provavelmente iria me envergonhar a mim própria.

Então és uma ‘McFly WAG’ ou o Dougie um ‘Saturdays HAB’?
[Nota: WAG (Wives And Girlfriends), HAB (Husbands And Boyfriends) é um termo dado às namoradas/esposas e aos namorados/maridos de celebridades masculinas e femininas, respectivamente.]
Ele é um Saturdays HAB! Mas nós damos-lhes o nome de ‘BADs’ – Boyfriends And Dogs [namorados e cães]. A primeira vez que vi o Dougie a actuar eu não gostei muito. Ele andava a correr por todo o palco e toda a gente estava aos gritos. Eu estava do tipo, ‘Porque é que estão a gritar?’ Demorei um pouco para me habituar a vê-lo como Dougie dos McFly – eu apenas o vejo como o meu namorado.
